Be a Pilot

Welcome to the very first post of the Be a Pilot Hub Page. Consider this the pre-solo stage of the hub as our feet are placed firmly to the floor and we familiarize ourselves with all that can be accomplished with this great community. Soon this page will soar, full of information for the aspiring pilot or a pilot in the works.

Not much longer than a hundred years ago, man realized his wish of powered flight. As the century progressed, man flew higher, farther, and faster. It is with these same dreams that men, women, and children of all ages have a burning desire inside to take to the skies and accomplish that same dream. Be it for recreation or profession, flying offers a niche for everyone, from fulfilling a passion to overcoming a fear. Taking to the skies offers an endless display of the power and beauty of nature, even when the terrain below is level and barren to the horizon. Witness some of these moments below of the view from the air, or the advanced cockpits that further combine man and machine into one.

The road ahead of you is a challenging one with much time, energy and money spent-- but when it is done and you have a pilot certificate in your hand, the smile glued on your face will let you know it was all worth it. Welcome to the Be a Pilot Hub.
